6 c fresh spinach chopped
1/2 c pecans chopped
1/2 c dried cranberries or chopped dates
3/4 cucumber cubed
1 medium avocado cubed
1/2 c sweet onion sliced thin and chopped
DRESSING:
3 T fresh lemon juice
2 T maple syrup
1 T olive oil
