21. BEST WEIGHT-LOSS DIET IN THE WORLD
What is the best weight-loss diet? I can very humbly say that A NATURAL WAY promotes the very best diet plan in the world. The 100 percent whole plant-food way of eating has to be tops because it is the kind of food prescribed for Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. It makes sense that no one could come up with a better way for us to eat than our Creator.
I am going to let Dr. Neal Bernard, the president of the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine, tell us why the plant-food diet is superior. He is one of America’s foremost health authorities, who is now promoting the vegan diet in a big way. The special plan he created is achieving great success. To date he has had 450,000 participants and that number increases daily.
The plan is called “The 21 Day Vegan Kickstart Program.” It is live on the Internet every month from the 1st to the 21st. The description labels it a low-fat vegan—plant based—diet, the easiest way to trim excess weight, prevent diabetes, cut cholesterol, lower blood pressure, prevent and reverse heart disease and reduce cancer risk.
The cost of treating any of those diseases is thousands. The Kickstart program is offered free to all people!
Those who enroll in the plan get support from a Kickstart coach via the Internet. The participant gets tips from celebrities, emails and menus to bring encouragement, plus Dr. Barnard has a weekly motivational webcast to bring help and inspiration. A big bonus is that there are 21 days of planned meals with recipes to make food buying and preparation easier.
On Day 1 of the program, the person gets details of the new way of living. The in thing will be fruits, vegetables, whole grains and beans. Out will be meat, cheese, dairy and eggs.
Many think lean meat is acceptable, but Dr. Barnard states that there is no really lean meat. Skinless chicken is 23 percent fat, which contributes to our heart problems. All animal protein brings on osteoporosis and kidney problems.
According to Dr. Barnard, many health issues disappear when dairy is omitted from the diet. He says dairy contributes cholesterol, fat and lactose sugar. As far as eating eggs, he says there are two parts of an egg that need to be avoided: the yolk and the white. The yolk is loaded with cholesterol and the white contains so much animal protein that it becomes a problem for the bones and kidneys. Another reason to omit eggs is because of salmonella poisoning.
A Kickstarter who has been on the program for five months has lost 50 pounds, gained lots of energy, stopped her cholesterol meds, cut her blood pressure meds in half and plans to eliminate all medication soon.
Dr. Barnard is promoting the very best weight-loss plan with his “21 Day Vegan Kickstart” program. All seeking a weight-loss plan should type those words in the search bar, complete the enrollment and begin the new way of living.
The mirror will soon picture a new person!
